Paul MurphyPaul has extensive experience in aged care, community care and retirement living, having served as General Manager and Group General Manager for Retirement Living in both not-for-profit and for-profit organisations in Queensland. Paul has a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations, Cert IV in Aged & Disability Services, is a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute, Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Graduate of the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees, and an experienced Company Director. Principal Consultant Home Care

Jane is a specialist in change management, stakeholder engagement, customer experience, sales and marketing. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing and Management); Graduate Diplomas in Communication Management and Public Administration; and Graduate Certificates in Corporate Responsibility and Public Participation. Jane has over 15 years’ experience in health and social care, across national, state and community-based services for start-ups, corporates and not-for-profits. She has experience in B2B and B2C business development and leading health and social care reforms, having managed operational teams in health, aged care and disability services. Tracey is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Nursing, Post Graduate Certificate in Intensive Care, Graduate Diploma Business (Management), Master of Business Administration and a Diploma with Company Directors. She has over 30 years’ experience in the health sector in private and not-for-profit aged care. She is an active member of the Australian College of Nursing and belongs to the Policy Chapter on Workforce. Her background includes Adjunct Professorial Appointment to the School of Nursing and Midwifery Griffith University; participation on the Griffith and Australian Catholic University Bachelor of Nursing Advisory Committees; and membership on the QLD State-wide General Medical Clinical Network, QLD State-wide Clinical Handover Reference Group, the Corporate Services Committee for Queensland Nursing Council and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
