Business Support

Our Business Support Services are delivered by a national team of industry experienced, business services professionals. The team is dedicated to improving your business performance and sustainability, while minimising risk to your organisation and reducing your costs. For an additional fee, you can opt to outsource your payroll, claims and billing operations to LASA. LASA’s Safety and Quality Management System can also be purchased to meet your compliance needs with template policies and procedures, clinical audit functionality and a registers portal to log incidents.

Employment Relations Advice

LASA has a dedicated Employment Relations Advisory Service that offers Members practical and professional guidance in the management of day-today human resource matters. For more complex matters, such as guidance through employment relations cases and court appearances, we offer a fee-for-service option, with Member discounts available across all services.

Our LASA Centre for Workforce Development & Innovation brings together Member programs and support services across training and professional development, leadership education and leadership mentoring—to help you build a skilled workforce and retain industry talent.

You can also take advantage of our LASA Next Gen initiative, which supports current and emerging leaders and aims to promote the industry to a new generation of talent.

To facilitate greater innovation across the sector, the innovAGEING network provides case studies, discussion forums, information and also hosts events such as the popular innovAGEING Insights Series and innovAGEING Awards.
