Join us for this inaugural event as we bring together facility managers from across the state to discuss the burning issues within a residential care facility.
This program has been designed by facility managers and will be delivered in an informal, conversational style format. It will incorporate shared experiences and case studies and aims to provide tangible resources that will assist you every day.
The content of the forum is aimed at site level aged care managers.
We will cover:
- Managing complaints and risk internally before they escalate
- HR, staff retention, customer/employee engagement and workplace culture
- Wellness and time management
At this forum we will also launch the Facility Managers Network. This new initiative will deliver a session every 2 months which will be hosted by members or affiliates. Join us to discuss a ‘hot topic’ or just to build your industry networks.
