Sydney Leadership Professional Development Program

Successful organisations recognise that training and education should be available not only for people joining age care, but just as importantly for people already working in the industry interested in future management positions.

LASA’s Leadership Professional Development Program was hosted in Sydney from 21 – 23 March 2018. This was an exceptional opportunity for participants to  strengthen their core leadership skills, enhance their knowledge, identify ways to continue improving over time as well as joining other industry professionals at these tailored sessions covering topics and issues common to all sectors of Australia’s aged care environment.

Please see below the presentations that were delivered throughout this program.
