LASA’s Leadership Professional Development Program is an outstanding opportunity to assist your team to enhance their skills and knowledge, with the opportunity to also work towards a formal Diploma of Leadership and Management.

This program offers participants the opportunity to join others in industry tailored sessions covering topics and issues common to all sectors of Australia’s aged services environment.

The program comprises 2½ days made up of plenary sessions, interactive panels, workshops, and facilitated discussion. Expert speakers and facilitators have been confirmed from Government, Human Resources, Legal and compliance advisors, key LASA experts, consultants and providers from the aged services sector.

LASA’s Training Manager will facilitate an optional extra session which focusses on the process of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) into the Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB51918). This will assist participants to gain an understanding of the process, analyse your skills, determine the evidence that will be required and negotiate time frames to prepare and submit an RPL folio.
