The Govern with Care Forum is an Aged Care industry event specifically focused on good governance practice for the sector. For a second year, LASA and the Governance Institute of Australia have partnered to produce this thought-provoking and informative event to provide the latest information and guidance around governance to Aged Care Boards.
The program covers areas where effective governance is key to operational performance including changing Board responsibilities, strategy, best practice, clinical governance and risk. The forum also provides an opportunity to hear from leading industry experts on how governance pertains to the coming sector reforms to ensure you’re keeping on top of governance in Aged Care.
