If you are responsible for admissions and for determining payments, this workshop is designed for you.
John Spring is the Manager, Business Support Services of Leading Aged Services Australia LASA). John is a CPA qualified Accountant with senior roles in a variety of sectors including manufacturing, printing, construction, horticulture and aged care. Prior to joining LASA, he worked at BaptistCare for six years providing financial expertise to residential facility managers, homecare managers and retirement living managers. One of John’s strengths is being able to assist managers with little or no financial acumen understand how to interpret profit and loss statements, balance sheets and prepare financial budgets. John has run and worked as a consultant to small business and understands the information business owners require to make decisions that impact their business. John has a Diploma of Business from Swinburne University and an Advanced Diploma of Management from Australian Institute of Management.
