This 3-hour Masterclass will introduce and explore the key impacts of the Increasing Choice in Home Care reforms over the last 18 months in respect to how consumers and home care providers have engaged around the issue of consumer choice in the context of increasing competition among providers for delivery of in-home care. The Masterclass will ensure participants have a clear understanding of their ongoing rights and responsibilities consistent with Australian Consumer Law in delivering home care services in a competitive environment.
