Troy Speirs is a clinical psychologist with over twenty 20 years of experience across aged care, mental health and community/primary health care settings. He has worked as clinician, manager, educator and policy officer having accumulated a range of experience that places him as a credible and authoritative voice in running this Quality Standards Masterclass. His experience includes policy development and analysis, program development, implementation and evaluation, operational management, strategic planning, clinical redesign, workforce.
Yvonne Timson, Chief operating Officer, Community Vision
Yvonne Timson, originally from the UK, is a professional whose career has spanned several commercial and NFP companies. With a background in Governance, Change Management and Senior Leadership she has held senior positions in the aged care, mental health and disability sectors. She is a values driven professional with a strong focus on strategy and technology.
Yvonne holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is an associate of Governance Institute of Australia Ltd and an associate of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Yvonne has held positions on numerous NFP boards and worked with the Special Olympics Committee in Australia.
