Open to members and non-members*, the forum program has been designed to bring you practical hints tips and tools to optimise the performance of your business.
Join us for informative interactive sessions that delve into the current state of the aged service industry, provide valuable updates on the latest in residential care, home care, retirement living and seniors housing as well as a vital update on the Royal Commission.

Aged Care Quality Standards Workshop Overview:

The first of July 2019 has come and gone, it is time to be confident that staff at all levels of your organisation are ready and able to demonstrate compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
This in-depth workshop will equip participants with the tangible skills and knowledge to:
- Understand the requirements of each standard
- Have skills to demonstrate that they know how to apply each requirement
- Monitor and evaluate
- Participate in continuous improvement
During this interactive four hour class, attendees will receive insights, hints, tips and tools to assist them to navigate ‘customer experience’ vs ‘customer service’ whilst being engaged and encouraged to participate in learnings with their peers.
Participants will return to the service equipped with a clear understanding as to how apply the standards.
