Consumer Experience and Service in Aged Services
This interactive program will work with you on strategies and systems to make sure your services to your customers meet standards agreed to by your organisation and aimed for in our aged services industry. Over the 1 day of presentation, workshopping, discussion and action planning you will be reflecting and reviewing your customer experience with you, you team and your organisation – in the context of quality standards and contemporary aged services practice.
How to Meet the New Standards in Residential Care Through CDC
This workshop focuses on the new single aged care quality standards that will be in effect from 1st July 2019.The foundation of the new standards is consumer choice and, in many cases, the current service models in residential care will struggle to meet this new standard. New models, systems and processes are required so Aged Care Providers can meet this foundation standard.
This workshop has been designed using real world examples in which Aged Care Providers have implemented a consumer choice model and are now able to meet the new standards.
One on One Coaching
The principal objective of this program is to train participants (coaches or mentors) to deliver effective One on Ones. Coaches will lead individuals through key challenges in their work environment and offer tools and skills to reflect the values of their facility.
One on Ones deliver the opportunity to monitor performance, review goals, and assist in matching behaviour to vision and goals. By building the skills and tools of individual team members, coaches assist their growth and development, offering ideas and insights for becoming more pro-active about consumer focus.
This program offers practical and creative methods to develop and improve the communication skills of coaches and the individuals they are coaching. It is powerful in that it is a skills and personal development program for both the coach and the person receiving the coaching.
