The concept of Clinical Governance in aged care has a heightened profile in industry driven by greater demands for improved standards of clinical practice, expectations of consumers and revised legislation that requires the governing body to be accountable for a framework that drives this model.
Cases we have seen tabled at the royal commission have demonstrated significant issues and the need for a further understanding of governance in this area and the pillars required to ensure best care is achieved.
The workshop will be delivered in two modules over two weeks.
