Aged Care Reforms – An update on the Single Home Care Program Data Study Webinar – 21 May 2021
21 May 2021 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
The Department of Health with the support of HealthConsult is undertaking a data study involving home care providers that will influence the development of the Assessment, Classification, and Funding (ACF) model that is likely to underpin the new Single In-Home Care Program as part of future aged care reforms. The Single In-Home Care Program will replace the CHSP, HCP and STRC Programs, as well as potentially adding new services to the program’s scope. It will be couched within the broader aged care reform agenda.
Open to LASA Members and non-Members, This webinar will provide participants with an update on the progress of the Single In-Home Care Program data study in the context of the aged care reforms, including recruitment progression, data being captured and reflections from a home care provider participating in the study. Opportunity will be provided for participants to ask questions about the study and consider late-stage participation in supporting the development of a robust data set.
