Through its innovAGEING network—Australia’s innovation network for the age services sector—LASA maintains a systematic view on the factors that shape innovation outcomes. We are committed to facilitating an innovation infrastructure that holistically stewards our sector’s innovation process through the interplay between:
Organisational change
Leadership
Technology Enablement
Service and experience design
Government policy
Market positioning
Strategy and finance
Governance
Education and training

In short, when moving from ideas to tangible impact, the future of age services innovation isn’t just solely defined by technology, design, or commercial imperatives alone. As such, this one-day Forum seeks to highlight the rich and vibrant approaches currently happening in our sector, and help you connect the many pathways and disciplines to activate and strengthen your organisation’s ability to innovate and solve real-world problems. The Age Services Innovation Forum is designed for all with an interest in age services innovation, primarily for those involved in organisational transformation, digital adoption, and service design and delivery in relation to sector ongoing reforms and changes.
